Picture Upload: Each participant can upload one picture per contest. The contest revolves around the uploaded photos.
Termination of Entries: Cute Kids Club reserves the right to terminate any entry without prior notice if any suspicious activity related to the contest is detected, or if the entry violates our policies and rules.
Sharing Pictures: Participants are allowed to share their pictures on various social networking sites.
Voting: Participants can vote every half an hour during the contest period.
Contest Period: The Cute Kids Club starts on the 1st day of each month and continues until the last day of the same month at 11:59 PM IST. Results will be announced on or before the 10th day of the next month.
Prizes: Winners will be awarded prizes based on the details mentioned on the prize page. We will contact winners via their registered email after the results are announced. Winners must respond within 7 days; otherwise, their prize will be forfeited.
Valid Email: Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address while participating in the contest. Cute Kids Club is not liable for undeliverable prizes due to incorrect email addresses.
Age Restriction: The CuteKidsClub photo contest has an age restriction, with 10 being the maximum age allowed for participants.
Approval and Disqualification: All entries are automatically approved upon picture upload. However, entries found to contain fake information will be disqualified.
Winner Selection: Winners will be determined based on the total number of votes received.
Participation Certificate: All candidates who receive more than 999 valid votes will receive a participation certificate from CuteKidsClub.in.
Current Rank: Participants with over 100 votes can check their current rank at any time.
Security Measures: The contest employs multiple security layers, including geolocation, IP address, and MAC address verification. Any attempts to manipulate votes using proxies/VPNs will result in the invalidation of past votes for the respective contestant.
Transparency: Participants can monitor their total votes and other participation statistics.
Disputes: In the event of any disputes, CuteKidsClub.in reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the contest. All decisions made by the CuteKidsClub team are final and binding.
Proof of Identity: Valid proof of identity may be requested before providing prizes and certificates.
Participation Fee: There is no fee for participation or voting in the contest.
